To reflect customer requirements and to help ensure that our CIM50 users gain the most from their software, Red Business Systems offer three levels of support:
CIM50 Manufacturing Support Silver Gold Platinum
Unlimited telephone support to accredited support technicians
Unlimited remote access support using TeamViewer
Email support to support@redbusinesssystems.com
Access to Red Business Systems online help files
Cim50 Manufacturing software updates
Additional Services
Remote training sessions using TeamViewer; uses include:
– Remote staff training *
– Report writing *
– Remote installation of upgrades * *
On-site professional services days; uses include:
– On-site training * *
– Installing upgrades * *

* Chargeable at £75.00 per hour or £550.00 per day
